Joseph Carpenter

I began music lessons from a very young age and started composing shortly thereafter. I wrote specifically for my main instruments (guitar and piano), but started to venture into other instruments as I entered college. In 2011, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Music Theory and Composition from Florida State University and have pursued a career in music ever since.

 

My music has been featured on multiple networks including MTV, VH1, Discovery, The History Channel, Animal Planet and the Food Network as well as internationally.  I specialize in cinematic and tension music, but I enjoy discovering and utilizing new sounds or techniques into my compositions in order to enhance the scene.
